The Knowle Country House, in Higham, Nr Gravesend is a fine example of Victorian Gothic Mansion set in around 14 acres of orchards and well maintained landscaped gardens. Built in 1840 by the rector of Higham and now the home of Lynn and Michael Baragwanath.

Irrespective of your guest numbers, The Knowle Country House, only hold one wedding, on any day, offering you total privacy, with the sole use of this fine Victorian Gothic mansion and gardens.Catering for up to 90 people with a further 70 for your evening reception. The Knowle, Country House is simply perfect for any small to medium sized wedding. You also have the option of using their self contained apartment.

You can opt for the popular outside wedding set within the gazebo, set in the rose garden, which is perfect for stunning wedding photography of your wedding vows. If you would prefer an inside ceremony then that is also possible.Whichever option you choose, your guests will be able to witness your wedding ceremony.

I have attended several weddings at The Knowle Country House, as a wedding Photographer, and have always found the venue to be a perfect location to capture all those treasured memories of your wedding day, but also the staff are very helpful, and nothing is too much trouble.
